Brandon Maxwell is the Lead Pastor of Victory and has a passion for helping people build a real relationship with Jesus.
Brandon felt the call to ministry at 16 years old. After graduating high school, he stepped straight into full-time ministry and has spent the last 11 years serving as a youth pastor in various cities before returning home to Victory in 2021.
Brandon and Tabri married in 2016 and are raising their two sons, Myles and Baker, in Spiro. Tabri teaches third grade at Spiro Upper Elementary.

Founding Pastor
Bryan Fouts is the founding pastor of Victory Worship Center, which he and his wife Kim launched in 2007 with a vision to reach people and lead them into an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Victory has grown to impact lives across Oklahoma and is known for its powerful, Spirit-filled services.
Pastor Bryan is a passionate communicator with a genuine heart for shepherding others. His ministry centers on the presence of God, worship, and prayer, creating space for people to encounter God and experience real transformation.
Bryan and his wife Kim have three daughters and live in Spiro, Oklahoma.
